Her dedication to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients has earned her a reputation for excellence in the industry.
Shelby Weaver
Shelby’s journey into barbering began as a mother searching for the right environment for her own autistic son. After years of watching his stylist, Kristen, work her magic, Shelby was inspired to step into the craft herself. Today, as a 2025 Honors graduate and a former Navy Medic, she brings a rare combination of skill, patience, and compassion to every appointment. Often referred to as the “Baby Whisperer,” Shelby has an exceptional ability to meet children exactly where they are. Shelby understands that parents and caregivers also need a stylist who truly gets it. She offers a full range of professional services, including precision fades, women’s cuts, color, and traditional shaves. Her goal is to provide a stress-free, judgment-free space where every member of the family feels understood and leaves looking and feeling their absolute best.
Kate Kaufman
Kate has been behind the chair for nearly a decade, spending most of her career barbering and building a strong reputation for being exceptional with children. She works with clients of all ages, bringing the same care, patience, and skill to every haircut. Kate has a natural ability to connect with those in her chair, taking the fear out of haircuts and turning the experience into something fun and positive. She consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, playful environment, making each visit feel special. Her contagious laughter and genuine warmth shine through in everything she does—you can truly see the size of her heart in the way she cares for her clients.
