Cancellation Policy
All guests must provide a credit card to keep on file in order to reserve time. I charge full service price or 50% of a chemical service for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 HOURS of the scheduled appointment. Client balance must be $0 owed in order to rebook. If you arrive 10+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will likely need to be rescheduled.
